  1. Do I pay per lead received?

    1. NO. Your minimal cost is to secure your exclusive spot in your zip code. Any consumer members that view your profile will be emailed directly to you within a few minutes of them doing so. You will also be sent an SMS (text) notification of the new lead being received. Therefore, regardless if it’s zero leads or 1000, you’ll pay the same crazy low fee per zip code per month.



  1. Do I have access to all member contact information in my purchase zip code?

    1. No. You are only provided a member’s contact information when they view your profile (if Platinum) or view your profile and request contact info (Gold). Then you’ll be sent that consumer’s contact information so you can reach out. Any members from which you have received contact information is listed in your inbox.



  1. Are there other ways to generate leads on this website?

    1. ABSOLUTELY! We have set up a portal that provides opportunities for you to reach out to members in your assigned area. These areas are:

      1. News/Info Section

        1. Once a month, our Hexperts have the option to upload an article, opinion piece, news of their choice. This gets you in front of members. In addition, we allow (suggest) you to include your contact information in the article so consumers can call YOU directly.

      2. Ask the Hexpert Section

        1. This section allows you to answer questions asked by members anonymously. By answering these questions, you help solidify your expertise. Like the news section, we allow (suggest) you to include your contact information in the article so consumers can call YOU directly.



  1. If a consumer isn’t yet ready to purchase, but already joined. What incentive would they have to come back to use the service?

    1. We offer more than a top professional directory service. Yes, that is our core. BUT, we periodically send our members emails reminding them of the added benefits available to them on their portal including (but not limited to) industry news, discounts, referral fees, expert advice, etc.



  1. How many zip codes can I purchase?

    1. Any single Hexpert is limited to 5 zip codes. However, your score determines if and what status you qualify for regarding placement in that zip code (i.e., Platinum [only 1 Hexpert] or Gold [up to 10 Hexperts])



  1. How is the pricing per zip code determined?

    1. We use a formula which uses the total number of households and the total household income average for that zip code as variables. Those are then calculated into a price. The areas with more households and higher income are priced a bit higher. The cost for most zip codes starts at just $5 for Platinum and $3 for Gold as of the writing of this.



  1. Is there a guarantee on the number of leads received?

    1. No. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee this for several reasons. But you can increase your lead count by referring people to the website and utilizing the tools available in your portal. Also, regardless of how many you may receive at any point in time, your name and branding are still getting out there to the public at a ridiculously low price.



  1. Can I cancel at any time?

    1. Absolutely! However, due to the low cost for our service and to keep costs to a minimum, you pay for a pre-determined number of months at a time (i.e., quarterly, annual, etc.). In the event of cancellation, you would still finish the remaining pre-paid term. NO REFUNDS will be provided.



  1. I’m not happy with my score. Can I take the questionnaire again?

    1. Unfortunately AND fortunately, you can only take the questionnaire once a quarter. This is because all qualifying Hexperts are guaranteed their spot for 3 months at a time. During that time, Hexperts and Hexpert applicants may take or re-take the questionnaire once per calendar year quarter. That higher score would take effect when the current 3 month period expires. This is also to prevent people from “learning the answers” to the questions instead of being honest with their answers. There is a small $5 fee to re-take the questionnaire if you decide to do so.



  1. I’m currently a Gold member but of course want to be Platinum. I understand I can only get there with a high enough score. If I re-take the questionnaire and my score drops, what happens?

    1. Don’t worry. Some of our questions are tricky. But your score will not drop if you’re currently an approved Hexpert. So, feel free to re-take the questionnaire once a quarter to see if your standing improves without worry of losing your current score. Non-Hexperts (not scoring high enough for Gold) may re-take the questionnaire once per quarter and that most recent score is the one that will be used.



  1. I received an unfair/unfavorable rating from a member. Can I dispute the review and provide a rebuttal?

    1. YES! You’ll have a “Reviews” section in your portal for exactly that. In addition, if you feel the comment is unfair or slanderous, reach out to us directly and we’ll review.



  1. Am I required to pay a referral fee and offer a coupon/discount?

    1. Yes. However, we understand that there are laws in place that limit or prevent some of these practices in certain industries. It is up to you to be sure you adhere to any/all of those laws. So, while monetary referral fees and discounts are preferred, you can also provide a value-add or additional service when restricted. This is required of our Hexperts to entice membership value for our consumers which in turn, provides more customers for you. We request a service discount/coupon of at least 10%/$100 (whichever is less) for all our members where permitted/feasible. Referral fees are preferred to be monetary as well and the amount is up to you based on the nature of your business but is requested to be at least 10% of the sale or $100 (whichever is less) as well. Keep in mind, many members may refer only to Hexperts that pay more than others. Value-adds are permitted as well for referrals where monetary rewards are prohibited by law/not feasible.



  1. Do the questions on the questionnaire ever change?

    1. Yes. We change and/or randomize the questions periodically.



  1. Are there any extra fees/costs associated with joining?

    1. For Real Estate Agents only. They are required to pay a referral fee to the company owner (is a licensed agent) for any Home Expert Connect Members that do business with them. This is due to the nature of how the company is structured. The company is designed with everyone in mind to keep costs as minimal as possible while providing a top platform for getting business. The monthly dues cover a portion of expenses and advertising. Referral fees from agents are used for the remaining expenses and to increase advertising. For Real Estate Agents, see the “For Real Estate Agents” section. There is also an optional $5 fee if you want to re-take the questionnaire in a quarter.



  1. So let me get this straight….I pay (as little as) only $5 for my zip code as a Platinum member. Regardless, if I receive 0 leads or 1000 leads in any month, I am the ONLY Platinum member for that zip code and still only pay that $5 in this example?

    1. YES, that is correct!
